Up to 1,000 × 1,000 mm in multiple varieties for abrasion, sealing and surface protection.
Request infoWe formulate and produce our own compounds to match the real working conditions of each application: abrasion, oils, weathering, food contact or high temperature.
General industrial use, abrasion resistance and mechanical resilience for demanding environments.
Recommended for oils, fuels and grease. Common in automotive, hydraulic and industrial equipment.
Reliable performance outdoors, with ozone, weathering, water and mixed chemical exposure.
For food-grade, pharmaceutical or high-temperature applications where standard compounds are not enough.
We have been manufacturing technical rubber from Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain, for over three decades. What defines us is not size, but closeness and the ability to adapt to each customer.
We design and manufacture the moulds in-house. We do what others won't: custom parts to drawing, in small or medium runs.
You speak directly with the manufacturer. Fast replies, clear quotes and real technical solutions tailored to your project.
Internally formulated compounds, control at every stage and full product traceability from compound to delivery.
Send us your drawing, sample or technical query. We reply quickly and with expertise.

A family company rooted in the Basque industrial network, with a technical mindset and a working model built around customisation and direct contact.
Vulcanizados Algor was founded in 1990 in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain, with a clear goal: to provide local industry with rubber parts manufactured with precision, speed and close technical support.
Over more than 35 years we have worked with demanding sectors such as mining, food processing, automotive and port activity, expanding our compounds, tooling and in-house production capacity along the way.
We are not a distributor. We manufacture, which gives us full process control and real room to adapt each part to the client's exact needs.
We design and build moulds at our own plant, from client drawings or physical samples.
NR, SBR, NBR, EPDM, CR and silicone compounds tailored to the final application.
From one part to medium runs, without demanding large minimum orders.
Every batch is registered and monitored from mixing to final delivery.
You speak with the people who will actually manufacture the part.
We also take part in Hazitek projects focused on new recycled rubber compounds.
We operate from an industrial facility equipped with vulcanising presses, mixing equipment, cutting tools and a mould workshop under one roof.
This concentration of capabilities helps us control quality, shorten lead times and react quickly when a design or volume changes at short notice.

Tell us what you need and we will answer with practical technical criteria.
ContactWe manufacture from drawings, samples or technical specifications, with direct delivery from our plant in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain.
Four product lines covering the needs of heavy industry, food processing, automotive and port activity.
Belts for bulk materials, manufactured goods and industrial transport lines, available in multiple widths, thicknesses and compounds.
Vulcanised coatings applied directly onto the client's drum or roller to improve grip, extend service life and protect against wear or chemical attack.
Technical rubber parts made from the client's drawing or sample, with in-house tooling for repeat series and new tooling development when needed.
Rubber sheets and plates for surface protection, sealing, cushioning and industrial lining, supplied in standard formats or cut to size.
We formulate compounds internally to match temperature, chemicals, abrasion or food-grade requirements.
High resilience and tear resistance for general industrial and anti-abrasion use.
Versatile and economical with good wear resistance.
Resistant to oils, greases and hydrocarbons.
Excellent resistance to weather, ozone and extreme temperatures.
Balanced mechanical and chemical behaviour with good fire resistance.
Wide thermal range, including food and pharmaceutical applications.
Tell us about your application and we will recommend the most suitable compound and format.
Ask without obligationWe have a complete mixing line with Banbury mixer, refining mill, calender and in-house laboratory for our own production and for third parties requiring precise compounds.
Compound control is the basis of everything else. We formulate, manufacture and analyse critical compounds in-house instead of relying on external suppliers.
What started as support for our own presses has also become a separate line of work for third-party manufacturers needing a reliable custom compound.
We have the machinery required to produce homogeneous, repeatable compounds with the physical properties each application demands.
The core of the line for controlled incorporation of fillers, oils and curing agents.
Used after internal mixing to even out temperature and improve dispersion.
Produces controlled-thickness sheets and materials for lining or sheet production.
Hardness, tensile, elongation, density and other checks before a batch moves forward.
We work with the most widely used elastomers in standard or custom formulations, supplied in black or colour when required.
High resilience and tear resistance for anti-abrasion and dynamic use.
Versatile, cost-effective and suitable for general industrial use.
Reference compound for oils, fuel, grease and hydraulic environments.
Outstanding resistance to ozone, weathering and extreme temperatures.
Balanced mechanical, fire and oil behaviour for port and multi-fluid uses.
Stable from very low to high temperatures, with food and pharma options.
Our laboratory is part of production, not decoration. Every batch is tested before it is used in presses or shipped to a client.
Verification that hardness stays inside the specified range.
Mechanical tests to confirm critical finished-compound properties.
Checks for cure behaviour, wear performance and formulation consistency.
Each compound keeps its formulation, date, test results and destination on record.
Tell us what compound you need and we will guide you to the right formulation.
Ask about available compoundsEvery sector works under its own temperature, chemical, mechanical and hygiene constraints. We adapt each compound and each part to those real conditions.

Mining and bulk material handling expose rubber to impact, severe abrasion, heavy loads and constant dust and moisture.
We normally select NR or NR/BR high-abrasion compounds with the hardness profile needed at each transfer or crushing point.

Food-contact rubber requires specific formulations, traceable ingredients and compliance with hygiene rules.
We manufacture parts for processing, bottling, packaging and transport lines where cleanliness and resistance to detergents matter.

These parts need tight dimensional tolerances and predictable behaviour under temperature cycles, fuels, oils and hydraulic fluids.
We manufacture from the client's drawing, especially for short series, industrial prototypes and demanding replacement parts.

Marine environments combine salt water, UV exposure, variable temperatures and high mechanical stress.
We mainly work with CR and EPDM compounds for fenders, sealing profiles and protection parts exposed to outdoor marine conditions.
We manufacture for any industry that needs technical rubber made to measure.
