History
Born in the Basque industrial environment
Vulcanizados Algor was founded in 1990 in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain, with a clear goal: to provide local industry with rubber parts manufactured with precision, speed and close technical support.
Over more than 35 years we have worked with demanding sectors such as mining, food processing, automotive and port activity, expanding our compounds, tooling and in-house production capacity along the way.

Technical rubber compounds produced with discipline
We have a complete mixing line with Banbury mixer, refining mill, calender and in-house laboratory for our own production and for third parties requiring precise compounds.
Vertical integration
We produce the raw material behind our industry
Compound control is the basis of everything else. We formulate, manufacture and analyse critical compounds in-house instead of relying on external suppliers.
What started as support for our own presses has also become a separate line of work for third-party manufacturers needing a reliable custom compound.

Heavy industry and mining
Mining and bulk material handling expose rubber to impact, severe abrasion, heavy loads and constant dust and moisture.
We normally select NR or NR/BR high-abrasion compounds with the hardness profile needed at each transfer or crushing point.
